We may allow users to submit, post, or upload content, such as comments or articles, to the Site (“User-Generated Content”). You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, but by submitting it, you grant Multiplatform Events a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and display your User-Generated Content for any purpose.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User-Generated Content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. Multiplatform Events disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Multiplatform Events be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or its Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Multiplatform Events and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or its Content.
